The KPRS Industrial Group is constructing the Nuevo Distribution Center in Riverside County, CA. The new facility will provide 200,000 square feet of logistics support to a future commerce tenant.

The campus at 1800 and 1900 Avenue of the Stars is undergoing an extensive exterior reposition to better reflect the quality of the property while efficiently accommodating tenants and visitors on the site.

KPRS is currently constructing the new Aegis Living San Rafael senior community in San Rafael, CA.

The new ground-up senior living complex at 8070 W. Beverly in Los Angeles will offer 100 housing units on six floors.
