The campus at 1800 and 1900 Avenue of the Stars underwent an extensive exterior reposition and beautification project to better reflect the caliber of the property while efficiently accommodating tenants and visitors on the site.

Centrally located adjacent to Beverly Hills and Century City in the heart of Los Angeles, the towers received several significant site improvements with new landscape and hardscape, waterproofing, glazing on two levels, curtain wall addition and refinishing of the façade.
The artful installation of shade canopies provide additional outdoor seating while a new curb cut for vehicle drop-off and a new drop-off zone at Santa Monica Blvd create an ease of quickly entering and exiting the property. An expanded lobby footprint and the addition of open interconnecting stairs at two locations provide convenience of movement between each building.
