Centrally located adjacent to Beverly Hills and Century City in the heart of Los Angeles, the towers will receive several significant site improvements with new landscape and hardscape, waterproofing, glazing on two levels, curtain wall addition and refinishing of the façade.
The artful installation of shade canopies will provide additional outdoor seating while a new curb cut for vehicle drop-off and a new drop-off zone at Santa Monica Blvd will create an ease of quickly entering and exiting the property. An expanded lobby footprint and the addition of open interconnecting stairs at two locations will provide convenience of movement between each building.
