While our full-time safety team ensures the safe working of our people, they also ensure that it’s everybody’s role.
For us, this means our leadership team drives a culture of safety and our planners and designers work to mitigate risk. Injury prevention is part of the planning process and we proactively look at safety ratings when choosing subcontractors for the job.
On the ground, our project teams are engrained with safe ways of working, which includes making sure their peers and site visitors are safe too.
Of course safety should really go without saying, and it sits hand in hand with quality of work. Even the most challenging of projects assumes our people work safely to deliver the best results.
