The Aero's podium construction offers seven floors of market-rate units wrapped around an 8-level parking structure. The complex features studio, one, two, and three bedroom luxury apartments with modern open-concept floorplans with upscale finishes.
The structure is built around a central recreation plaza along with three internal courtyards for residents to easily gather. Amenities include a rooftop deck and pool with 24-foot jumbotron TV, second sunset deck, speakeasy lounge, fitness center and co-working spaces.
The project is constructed to LEED Gold standards. Situated near the 163 & 805 interchange, AMLI Aero is a short distance from the beaches of La Jolla, Mission Valley, downtown San Diego, and the historic Balboa Park.
