The Aero's podium construction offers seven floors of market-rate units wrapped around an 8-level parking structure. The complex features studio, one, two, and three bedroom luxury apartments with modern open-concept floorplans with upscale finishes.
The structure is build around a central recreation plaza along with three internal courtyards for residents to easily gather. Amenities include a rooftop deck with pool and outdoor dining areas, speakeasy lounge, fitness center and co-working spaces.
The project is constructed to LEED Silver standards. Situated near the 163 & 805 interchange, AMLI Aero is a short distance from the beaches of La Jolla, Mission Bay and the historic Balboa Park.
