Known as the world’s premier musical instrument and sound gear brand, the project provides Yamaha Corporation of America increased space and capacity for their domestic operations.
The KPRS team constructed a new 2-story corporate office building, including exterior site improvements with landscaped terraces and outdoor café seating. Yamaha’s world-renowned musical instruments are artfully displayed throughout the lobby and other open corridors throughout the interior. In the first phase KPRS constructed a new one story warehouse along with expanding an existing building.
