The project included several components, including the complete exterior renovation of two, three-story office buildings and the installation of a new curtain wall system. A new two-story 15,000 sf atrium was constructed from the ground-up which connects the two office towers.
Inside the atrium, a three-story, point supported, circular stairway with curved glass panels was installed. Interior improvements were completed for 45,000 sf of the two office towers. A new kitchen and cafe were added along with glass-walled conference spaces. The project was completed on schedule with a duration of five and a half months.
