The new exterior façade is comprised of five different custom panel types that were manufactured in Switzerland. The interior features more open, collaborative spaces and 17 ft tall open ceilings that are mounted with custom wood flooring from Germany. Over 5,500 sf was added to the building for the remodel.
KPRS completed a 22,850 sf TI to the interior. The site received landscape renovations as well as a custom rainwater harvesting cistern to collect, filter, and re-purpose all storm water collected.
