Located on the expansive 13th floor at 444 South Flower, KPRS provided a full build out of the 21,500 square foot shell space. Generously sized suites and conference rooms, private offices and living room type gathering areas were added throughout the floor.
A large kitchen and pantry with seating is offered for tenant use. Industrial style exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, full height glass walls, and wide open windows surrounding the perimeter bring in plenty of light and optimal views of downtown.
