Filling a former vacant site, the new structure features four levels of creative office space, with retail space on the ground floor. Located in the growing West Adams neighborhood bordering Culver City, 5788 W. Adams is situated among both historical properties and new developments. The highly walkable area is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants along with close proximity to the Expo Line station.
Much like an artist’s studio, the bright and open offices showcase floor-to-ceiling windows, polished concrete floors and exposed concrete walls. Each floor includes a separate entry with attached patio space. To the exterior, a board form concrete method is applied on the first three levels. Known as a more craftsman approach to construction, this feature adds unique character and texture to the design. Topping it off at the 4th floor, a modern steel and wood frame is showcased on the underside of the roof level.
