KPRS completed new construction of the three-story building, occupied by Extra Space Storage. The 146,485 sf facility was constructed of CMU, structural steel, and cold form steel structural framing. Site improvements include grading and the addition of a new hardscape, landscaping, and utility improvements. The minimal design of the building helps to blend with the existing neighborhood’s surroundings.
