KPRS

  • azalea Regional Shopping Center

Developed with modern architecture to compliment South Gate’s unique identity, the 380,000 sq. ft. azalea Regional Shopping Center brings the community a place to shop and socialize. The scope of work for this center includes grading, site development, construction of anchor buildings, shop buildings, and plaza.

  • Brea Plaza

KPRS demolished 6 buildings, constructed 6 new buildings, and renovated 6 buildings to create a more unified and updated look to the façade – all while current tenants occupied the space. Beautifications were comprised of plaster and stone finishes, towers, canopies, and trellises on the 675,00 sq. ft. site.

  • Design Within Reach

The 18,500 sq.ft. building features burnished concrete floors with raised hardwood platforms and a custom ceiling with hanging rectangular and circular soffit panels giving way to exposed industrial piping for a loft like feel. The original store front was replaced with a six-panel swinging nano door system with an expansive 20-foot entry.

  • Genki Sushi

KPRS built a new restaurant for Genki Sushi, the largest sushi chain in the world and instrumental contributor to the birth of “Kaiten Sushi”. This build out included a sushi conveyor-belt through the dining and kitchen area, MEP utilities, new display cases, lighted counters, a kitchen partition and preparation area, an exterior patio, and an interior dining area.
