  • Beckman Coulter Headquarters

Highly rewarded for the design, the Beckman Coulter Headquarters earned Gold status from LEED CI, USGBC. The 500,000 sq. ft. project also earned McGraw Hill’s 2010 Best of Award for interiors in Southern California.  The program includes office suites, innovation centers, conference and training rooms, heritage center, corporate brand graphics and art displays.

  • Fullerton Medical Office Building

The Fullerton Medical office building is a two-story, 25,000 sq. ft. MOB accommodating I and B-Occupancy medical tenants, built to OSPHD III standards. The building features a steel frame and glass curtain wall construction and the 125 space concrete parking garage contains two levels below the office tower.

  • HRC InVirto Fertilization Laboratory

The HRC In Vitro Fertilization Laboratory is equipped with a Med Gas system and a state of the art liquid nitrogen piping and dispensing system. Trespa Cabinetry, Tyvex-wrapped walls, Carbon Filtered HVAC System and accent lighting were installed, along with radius wood windows with three-form panels.

  • Nobel Biocare

The extensive tenant improvements for Nobel Biocare transformed a growing dental implant manufacturing company into a world-class production facility. Upgrades to this 40,000 sq. ft. multi-phase project revolved around the delicate machining process that runs 24 hours a day. All upgrades, including the addition of 2,500 amps service to the building, were done without shutting down the facility. Additionally, many of the production rooms are 1 and 10 micron clean rooms.
