20 Post Street Personal Storage
The Post Street personal storage is a 181,000 square foot, multi-level, personal storage facility built for the Irvine Company of southern California. In 2017, the Irvine Company selected KPRS Construction to build the first in a series of personal storage centers serving the south Orange County residential centers. The three-story, 40 foot tall structure is built of split face concrete masonry units (CMU). The roof is a single-ply thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) system. The project features a pop-out metal panel façade with canopy and glazing panels. Interior features include two elevators, Janis International finishes, CCTV security cameras and distributed antenna emergency response (DAER) amplified signal system.
