  • El Monte Gateway

    The El Monte Gateway affordable housing project is conveniently located adjacent to the newly constructed El Monte Station, the largest bus facility west of Chicago. The new four story housing development includes 132 apartments on 2.1 acres. Multiple options for unit layouts provide tenants with the opportunity to and the right home for their needs.

  • Long Beach & 21st Apartments

    Long Beach & 21st Apartments is an affordable housing project to accommodate a high density of residents. KPRS is managing the entire 37,238 sf project, from ground-up to turn-key. The modern-style apartment housing contains soaring windows and wood framing.

  • Laguna Altura

    The Laguna Altura community clubhouse includes a community pool, spa, restrooms, equipment building, associated sitework and utilities. Also constructed were two neighborhood tot-lot playgrounds with a basketball court, barbeques, group picnic areas, long walking paths and shaded structures. This 111,078 sf project was completed under a very tight schedule of only 90 calendar days.

  • Cypress Village Floral Park

    Completed in an accelerated 3.5 month schedule, the 3.5 acre Cypress Village Floral Park is saturated with greenery, particularly olive and palm trees. Along with the landscaping, KPRS also put in a junior Olympic pool, heated spas, and a wading pool. Details such as precast stone columns and trellises give Cypress Village a Mediterranean flair.
