Project Description
The Beckman Coulter tenant improvement is a 1-year, phased project, totaling roughly 500,000 square feet. The scope includes extensive building modifications, lab
facilities, office suites, site work, parking areas and extensive security upgrades. Other features include the addition of new windows in the perimeter walls, new lobby renovations, a new employee fitness facility, and cafe. This project is expected to be LEED Certified.
