Project Description

The new Perris Distribution Facility located near March Air Force Base in Perris, CA, is one of the largest industrial concrete tilt-up buildings in Southern California, and the largest single building KPRS has ever built under one roof. Encompassing over 1.7 million square feet, the new complex will serve as a major distribution hub for the incoming tenant. The building measures 1/2 mile in length.
