BaccHus Jeffrey Office Park
         Project DescriptionThis 53 building new executive office park is located off Jeffrey Road and the I-5 Freeway. It is the second BaccHus Project for KPRS. Each building is a Type 5-N occupancy office building, ranging in size from just under 6,000 sq. ft. to over 20,000 sq. ft. The Burnished Block Exposed Masonry buildings are accented with a custom Glass and Steel Canopy over each of lobby entrances. Landscaping and lighting accentuate the storefront areas, and include decorative walkways, palm trees, and a custom sphere and radius water feature in the park’s center. |
