KPRS Approved to Begin Burbank Water & Power Service CenterThe Burbank City Council voted in its May 5th Council Meeting to approve KPRS Construction Services, Inc. as the general contractor for the Burbank Water & Power Service Center and Warehouse project. The demolition of the existing facility and construction of a new two-story 22,176 square foot service center and 16,700 square foot warehouse is slated to begin June 1st, 2009 and be completed mid-July, 2010. The roughly $15 million project was designed by Leo A. Daly Architects, and will include a new canopy structure with solar panels, new vehicle car wash station, a new security office and vehicle entry gate, parking areas and site improvements.Posted On:2009-05-05 Back To News
