  • Huy Fong Foods

    The Huy Fong Food headquarters is a 630,000 square foot built-to-suit facility in Irwindale. KPRS was awarded the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Best Industrial Project Award” in 2012 for constructing the largest project in Los Angeles County.

  • First Inland Logistics

    Representing the next generation of warehouse facilities, First Inland Logistics is a 555,670 sf spec warehouse distribution center on a 28-acre site. Designed for the tallest high-cube racking requirements, the center has a 36-foot clear height with a roof-ridge sheathing height of 43 ft. Durability of the building is supported by an 8-inch concrete slab and 56-foot column spacing.

  • America’s Tire Distribution Facility

    KPRS completed a 400,000 square foot distribution facilty in Perris, CA for the world’s largest tire retailer, America’s Tire. The project includes tilt-up construction of the core and shell with tenant improvements built to suit. Offsite street improvements are also included in the scope of work.

  • 9to5 Seating

    9 to 5 Seating is a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of high-end office furniture. The company’s new home is a build-to-suit project, and is the location for final assembly and distribution of the furniture. The 99,300 sf concrete tilt-up building was designed by Ware Malcomb.
