Joel H. Stensby
For 25 years in Los Angeles, Joel has compiled a resume of some of Southern
California’s most complicated and significant projects with such successes
as Playa Vista, a multi billion dollar, 1,000-acre commercial and residential
mixed-use project near Marina del Rey. Prior to KPRS, Joel was the Vice
President and Territory General manager of the Los Angeles region for Kajima
Construction Services, Inc., Vice President of Construction for Maguire
Thomas Partners, a nationwide real estate development firm based in Los
Angeles and spent 8 years working with Turner Construction, based in the
Los Angeles and Orange County marketplace.
